Please read the terms and conditions of this Contributor Agreement (“Contributor Agreement”) carefully before contributing any Games or Interactive Media Content. This Contributor Agreement, which may be amended from time to time, outlines the rights you are granting to Cinevva in any Interactive Media Content, and what uses Cinevva may make of the Game Content Media.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Contributor Agreement have the meaning given them in our Terms of Use.
Here are the terms you are agreeing to when you contribute Games or Media Content to Cinevva.

Cinevva operates an interactive media, games and media licensing service. You may choose to contribute to the Service, stock photographs, illustrations, fonts, game templates, game assets, animations and other media, along with any associated text, for license to other Users (“Games or Interactive Media Content”). Any User who contributes Games or Media Content to the Service (including any Cinevva Template Creator or Cinevva's Element Creator who is a part of Cinevva's Creators Program) shall be referred to as a “Contributor". Contributors must be over the age of 18 years old (or the minimum legal age required in their country to enter into an agreement).
You agree to follow Cinevva's Contributor's Guidelines (together, “Guidelines”), as updated from time to time. If Cinevva determines that Games or Interactive Media Content you contribute is not meeting the Guidelines, Cinevva may choose to pause your account, impose submission limits on your account, place a temporary hold on review of Games or Interactive Games or Interactive Media Content from your account, and/or reject it in its sole discretion. The excessive submission of Stock Media that does not meet the Guidelines, or the submission of Games or Interactive Media Content Cinevva determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent (including, but not limited to, submitting duplicates of the same content or resizing identical content) may result in the termination of your Cinevva Contributor account. You agree that you will not, nor will you solicit any third party to, download content you have contributed as Games or Interactive Media Content.
Cinevva has the right to refuse to accept any Games or Interactive Media Content for any reason or no reason. Cinevva has the right to remove any Games or Interactive Media Content from the Service at any time for any reason (including but not limited to our belief that your submission would or does subject us to legal action or if your Games or Interactive Media Content violates the terms of this Agreement or our Guidelines) or no reason. You have the right to remove any of your Games or Interactive Media Content from our Service at any time for any reason. Cinevva will use reasonable efforts to cause the Games or Interactive Media Content, including any additional versions such as Cut Outs (as defined below), to be removed from the Service and affiliated or partner websites within sixty (60) days of your deactivation of such Games or Interactive Media Content. However, you agree that any licenses issued by Cinevva in respect of any Games or Interactive Media Content that is removed from the Service will remain in full force and effect under the terms of that license. In addition, you also agree that Cinevva will be able to keep at least a thumbnail of any Games or Interactive Media Content that you removed indefinitely. In the event that Games or Interactive Media Content are deleted between the time when a User uses it in a Cinevva design and when that design is exported, you will earn royalties for the Games or Interactive Media Content even after it has been deleted. This is an uncommon, special circumstance. Deactivated content is not available for licensing to any User who hasn’t already included it in a design prior to the time it is removed.
Cinevva is all about sharing your content with other people so they can make awesome games, levels, animations and experiences. The content you submit to Cinevva will become a part of that awesomeness.
Every work of art is a beautiful snowflake, but ultimately we get to say what content is appropriate for Cinevva. If you’d like to remove some of your content from Cinevva you’re free to so.
