These Terms of Use are effective as of May 8th, 2023. Welcome to Cinevva! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your (“you” or “your”) use of Cinevva’s game communication composer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree that these terms will become a legally binding agreement between you and the Cinevva Contracting Entity identified in these Terms (“Cinevva”).

<aside> 💡 Cinevva is a 3D game-making tool that lets you create games and videos without coding. It offers both Cinevva-made and other creators' content for use under a specific agreement and lets you add your own content too. By using Cinevva on any platform, you agree to its terms and privacy policy. If using Cinevva for education, there are additional terms. You need legal ability to accept these terms, and if signing up for an organization, you must have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, with "you" referring to both you and the organization.

Cinevva is a 3D no-code game composer that empowers people to create virtually anything, from content for games, explainer videos to game dialogues, game-apps and interactive visual digital experiences (further “Game Experience(s)”). When you use Cinevva’s platform (further Service), you’ll have access to a variety of content provided by Cinevva and other content providers to use in your game experience (“Licensed Content”). Your use of the Licensed Content is subject to the Content License Agreement. You also have the option to upload your own content (“User Content”) which you have full control and responsibility over. You can use Licensed Content, your User Content, and tools available in Cinevva to create your Game experience, but please consult Cinevva Third-Party Contributors' License.
The Service is made available on app.cinevva.com, Cinevva mobile apps, Cinevva desktop applications, and in other forms provided or made available by Cinevva Inc. Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms. By using the Service you acknowledge Cinevva’s Privacy Policy.
If you are using Cinevva for Education, please reach out to Cinevva for Education Additional Terms which are supplemental to these Terms.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Cinevva and are legally permitted to do so. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder.
If you sign up for the Service on behalf of an organization using an email address provided by your employer or another organization, (i) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that entity with authority to bind that entity to these Terms; (ii) your use of the Service will bind that entity to these Terms; and (iii) “you” and “your” in these Terms will refer to both you and that entity.
<aside> 💡 Kids under 13 need permission from a parent or guardian to use Cinevva. Teachers can also give permission for educational use. You're allowed to use Cinevva as long as you follow the rules. Each person needs their own account, and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Your use of Cinevva must follow their rules, which you can find in their Terms of Use.

a. Age Requirement. Children may not access or use the Service unless their use is directly authorized by their parent, guardian or another authorized adult (such as a teacher) who agrees to be bound by these Terms. For purposes of these Terms, a child is a person under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age required to provide consent for processing of personal data in the country where the child is located). For children using Cinevva for Education please refer to the Cinevva for Education Additional Terms.
b. Access to the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to access and use the Service for business or personal use. Cinevva reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Each person must have a unique account and you are responsible for any activity conducted on your account.
c. Acceptable Use Policy. Your use of the Service, your User Content, and your Interactive game experiences, must comply with Cinevva’s Terms of Use.
d. Anti-discrimination. Cinevva does not support and will not tolerate its Service being used to discriminate against others, especially when based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin. You are not permitted to use the Service in a manner which would or would likely incite, promote or support such discrimination and you must not use the Service to incite or promote hostility or violence.
We believe in making a world a better place and we don’t tolerate Cinevva being used in inappropriate ways.
a. Information Security. Cinevva implements and maintains physical, technical and administrative security measures Game experience to protect your information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure.
